Position 1- Secretary to Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
1、Assist in time management and following up for due dates
2、File reports, contracts, official letters and other documents
3、English and Chinese translation of documents
4、Maintain and coordinate business meeting schedules and take meeting minutes as needed
5、Deal with incoming calls, mails and post, may need correspond appropriately on behalf of MD
6、Arrange travel and accommodation for MD
7、Other tasks assigned by MD.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in Administration Management, Secretary, English are preferred
2、Above 3 years' secretary working experience is preferred
3、Strong communication and organization skills, detail oriented
4、Team player and self-motivated under high working pressure
5、Excellent command of English in both written and spoken;
6、Good PC skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, etc.

Position 2 - Project Assistant
Key responsibilities:
- Assist to fulfill sales target;
- Follow-up work for established customers;
- Assist to develop new customers;
- Assist in exhibitor & visitor promotion;
- Provide on-site supporting as assigned;
- Assist in other affairs such as exhibitor service & payment collection.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- University graduate with degree in sales and marketing field is preferred;
- Good command of written and oral English, CET 6 or above;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, and able to work under pressure;
- Well-organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Minimum 1-2 years sales related working experience;
- Good PC skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Position 3 - Marcom Assistant (Shanghai)
Key responsibilities:
1. Work with project teams and assist in market promotion plans
2. Participate in online promotional strategies, as well as exhibitor manual, brochure and other relevant market materials
3. Maintain and update the database
4. Contact with industrial media for advertising and cooperation
5. Research on exhibitors and visitors
6. Collect information for industrial market research and analysis reports
7. Assist for daily marketing and other tasks assigned
Qualifications / Experience Required
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing/advertising/media major with 1 years+ in marketing
2. Design skills of PS, AI and Id

Position 4 - Marcom Supervisor (Shanghai)
Key responsibilities:
1. Work with project teams and develop market promotion plan
2. Work for Exhibitor manual, brochure and other relevant market materials
3. Plan and monitor the implementation for the milestones of visitor recruitment with CC
4. Good working relationship with medias and buyers invitation agents
5. Develop online and offline promotion strategy and follow up the implementation
6. Responsible for both quantity and quality of visitor datas
7. Industry market research and analysis with report delivery,visitor satisfaction tracking and improvement
8. Plan and organize Market promotion activities on-site and during non-exhibition period
9. Other tasks assigned
Qualification Required:
1. Above 5 years work experience with 3 years+ in Marcom exhibition and trade fair
2. An excellent team player with full team management experience
3. University graduate with Bachelor degree and above
4. Excellent communication and business negotiation skill
5. Strong English written and oral skill
6. Able to work under high pressure and accept business travel from time to time
